Fully equipped hotel, breakfast each day was great and the location to all the major tourist areas was decent. The room was nice cozy and had a magnificent view of city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I greatly enjoyed luxury bathroom...

It's very close to the metro station direct to downtown. Reception staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was diverse. The parking rates were really cheap compared to other hotels in the area, just 6€ per night. There was a very nice brewery pub opposite the hotel, reasonable prices and hearty portuguese food.
Curtains were old and in need of replacement. The restaurant menu was very limited and the pasta was overcooked and the sauce was awful. There were only 2 waitresses to attend both the bar and the restaurant. We had to search for them to pay. They didn't check on us after serving the meal or offered wine refills, dessert, etc.

Easy access to the bus station almost next door and then to a reasonable taxi fare to the airport in the morning. Excellent value for money if booked as a 'last minute' rate.

It is close to metro and train station - so it is easy to access any location in the city, and around it.
There is quite a lot of noise from adjacent streets and the highway. It is too far from center of the city to be able to walk there.

That was great value hotel set in financial area, close to metro and bus stations Sete Rios and Jardim Zoologica as well as metro and train stops. They gave us wheelchair accessible room with the bathroom, a great view, the shower and that was essential.

The staff where very professional and curtious. They spoke a variety of languages and where always willing to assist you. The metro was close and the zoo just as close as the metro.
The menu choice was minimal but that was my only fault with this hotel.

Very good professionnal service, with a confortable room.
The hotel location is a bit far away from inner city, even with public transportation : cause we are in a business area, not the old and touristic inner city.

The pool was a highlight, especially during the summer. It's only a few minutes from the metro. We could easily reach the sintra train from the nearby sete rios station. Good service, and the breakfast was definitely worth it.
